Fall Board of Directors Meeting

The Board of Directors convenes to discuss and become better informed on a wide range of issues affecting the current and future state of the industry. It considers key governance and fiduciary matters, such as committee nominations and bylaws. The Board works closely with and includes representatives from the Executive Committee, which is the primary decision-making body of the Board.
