The AGA Online Diversity Resource Guide

The AGA Online Diversity Resource Guide was created to promote diversity in all aspects of the casino industry, including hiring and procurement, and provide certain businesses and individuals with the necessary tools to help them take the first steps toward working with or in the industry.

The guide is divided into three sections: "For Gaming Companies," which includes resources and best practices for casinos and other gaming companies, helping them develop and/or enhance their existing diversity initiatives; "For MBEs/DBEs/WBEs," which targets disadvantaged or minority- or women-owned businesses interested in selling to the casino industry and provides these types of businesses with guidance in developing working relationships with the industry; and "For Employees," which was created for women and minorities wanting to pursue careers in the casino industry.
